Copyright Infringement Notification

DialYourCalls respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and made accessible in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail so that we may locate it
  4. Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address)
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district in which your address is located

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

As a communications platform, DialYourCalls transmits messages and content created by our users. We do not monitor or pre-screen user content. If you believe any user content infringes your copyright, please file a DMCA notice with our Copyright Agent.
